Rooming configurations are based on availability, and pricing varies depending on the option you choose. Accommodations include private suites, double occupancy rooms, or shared spaces with no more than four guests per room, offering options for different comfort levels and budgets.

Daily wellness activities include yoga, meditation and journaling, sauna and cold plunge, a traditional Temazcal experience, sound baths, cacao ceremony, a Mayan blessing, and more. Alongside these activities, the retreat also holds space for community support, connection, and the kind of renewal that comes from being surrounded by like-hearted people. We strive to not only create memories that last a lifetime, but also provide the opportunity to return home feeling grounded, inspired, and restored.

Included in the journey are two larger offsite group adventures (to be announced), which may include experiences like hiking an active volcano, exploring natural wonders, or swimming in beautiful hidden places. We’ll also embrace cultural adventure through experiences like a pupusa-making class or tie-dye workshop, as well as a community service project supporting local children and families.
From a beachfront horseback ride and beach bonfire to nature hikes, sauna and cold plunge, and moments of discovery woven throughout the week, this retreat is designed for those who feel called to explore, connect, and embrace adventure every step of the way.

I have no doubt we will be returning again to this beautiful country, where every group we’ve brought has been blown away by the powerful beauty and magic Nicaragua holds.

Panama
In 2025, we hosted our first retreat to Panama, and it was such a magical and successful experience that I have no doubt we will return again in the future. From the vibrant energy of Panama City, exploring historic sites with a guided tour of the Panama Canal and wandering the charming streets of Casco Viejo, to boarding a private charter flight bound for our luxury jungle domes, the journey itself felt unforgettable.
Surrounded by nature, our group came together in such a special way, sharing meaningful connection, wellness experiences, adventure, and memories to last a lifetime. It was a retreat filled with discovery, bonding, and the kind of magic that stays with you long after returning home.
